Help with DP83848 MZ2048ECH and Harmony (Wollli)

I also used the web server application , which works fine on the PIC32MZ Starter Kit with the SMC PHY. Now I used my own hardware (where I replaced the PIC32MX with the PIC32MZ). The PIC32MX worked very well with the DP83848, but now the PIC32MZ works no..
