Where is type DRV_USART_INIT suppose to be defined? Or should it be defined? (jkellar)

I'm making an attempt to enable the console in a PIC32MZ. I had code that was building without error and that included a working USART. So when I enabled the console in Harmony and selected it to be through a USART I lost the definition for DRV_USART_INIT..
