Error: Missing ADC Pins for ADC Driver for PIC32MZ512EFF100 (jj.villalon)

Using Harmony V1.06, I attempt to add the ADC for the chip we are using (PIC32MZ0512EFF100). It seems to create the correct source code, but it does have these displayed on the pin table (nor does it generate the code to set the pins in system_config.h). ..
