How do I add text to a Listbox? (455Turbo)

I know this should be simple as dirt, but I can't seem to get it to work. I have created a Listbox that has three lines of text in it using HGC (v1.07.01). I want to add another line of text to the Listbox. I have the code below in app.c. Code is base on ..
