Harmony 1.01 does not define PORT_CHANNEL_H for 100 pin parts (riscy)

I am using the PIC32MZ2048ECM100 and its associated file, ports_p32mz2048ecm100.h only defines up to PORT_CHANNEL_G. PORT_CHANNEL_H is used by the BSP_Initialize() with the PIC32MZ EC Starter Kit for the LEDs. This problems exists in at least one other 10..
