DEBUGING PIC32MZ --> LAN8740 ( what to look at ). No Pings / IP stands up. (mrpackethead)

I'm working on a new device that has a PIC32MZ2048EFM064, which is interfaced to a LAN8740. I am using a circuit design that has been well tested and found functional with a PIC32MZEFM100. I can't get it to work as yet. This is being built using harmony 2..
