Berkeley Sockets shutdown (mrpackethead)

In Berkely Sockets, there is a function shutdown() Disable reads and writes on a connected TCP socket. A connected TCP socket must be gracefully shut down before it can be closed. In Harmony 2.05.01 it doe'snt seem that this function has been included..
