How to get Harmony Examples to switch from one Starter Kit to Another? (lwatt)

I have the PIC32MX1/2/5 Starter Kit and I somehow got one example to work for the cdc_comport_single, but even after I change the projects which seem to all be done for the older starter kits like pic32mx_usb_sk2. It still leaves parts of the old starter ..
