Cannot add IPStack Library to a particular processor (obberer)

Hi, I'm trying to add TCP/IP Stack to my PIC32MX470 project but there's no option in the Configurator Tool. When I tried changing processor to PIC32MX795, it showed up. Why they have to mandate which library could be used with particular processor. I use ..
